1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and gbiji ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the gbiji online casino and sports betting platform accessible at gbiji.app. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms communicated to you at the time of an offer, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and gbiji.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
Use of the gbiji platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. gbiji operates a strict 18+ only policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling. This requirement applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction you may reference.

Age Verification
gbiji employs mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. Before any withdrawal can be processed — and in some cases before deposit limits are raised or bonus funds are released — you will be required to submit documentary evidence of your identity and age. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Documents must be current, legible, and clearly show your full name and date of birth.
If at any point gbiji has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account pending verification. 3. Account Registration and Verification

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gbiji uses technical and manual methods to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed with funds returned at our discretion subject to applicable verification requirements.
Registration Information

Account Security

KYC Documentation
gbiji reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time during the lifecycle of your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by gbiji may result in a temporary hold on withdrawal processing until documentation is received and verified. gbiji will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to you by email.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
gbiji supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified at the time of the transaction.
Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account or card held in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and will be returned.

- gbiji does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which gbiji accepts no responsibility.
- gbiji reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits and to require enhanced verification for large single deposits at its discretion.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit into the same gbiji account, except where this is technically not possible, in which case alternative verification procedures will apply.
- KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Submitting false or altered documents is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad) following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
- Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
- gbiji reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending the outcome of an investigation.
Currency and Taxes
All transactions on gbiji are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Any currency conversion required when using an international payment card will be processed at the rate applied by your card issuer or payment provider, and gbiji bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees. 5. Bonuses and Promotions
gbiji offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and a specific bonus's terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that bonus only.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are offered at gbiji's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already accepted a bonus and is in the process of completing the associated wagering requirements.
- Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement — the minimum total amount that must be wagered before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer will be clearly stated in the offer details.
- Unless otherwise stated in an offer's specific terms, bonus funds must be used within 30 days of being credited to an account, after which they will expire and be removed.
- Players may only claim each welcome or registration bonus once. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once — including via duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
- gbiji reserves the right to refuse or reverse a bonus at any time if it determines that the player is not eligible for that bonus or has engaged in bonus abuse.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports Betting
- All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant match or event as declared by the governing body of that sport (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL governing council for Bangladesh Premier League matches).
- In-play bets are accepted and settled in real time. gbiji reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time, including in the event of a technical interruption or an unexpected development in the event being bet on.
- Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific rules for that market specify otherwise.
- Obvious pricing errors on any betting market do not constitute a valid offer. gbiji reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price, notifying the player of the void and returning the stake to their account.
- Maximum bet limits apply per selection and per event, and are displayed within the bet placement interface.
Casino and Slot Games

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a player on the gbiji platform, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of account balances:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC verification, impersonating another person, or using the platform under a false identity.
- Multi-Accounting: Creating or using more than one gbiji account, whether in your own name or under any alias or third party's identity.

- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your payment provider after funds have been credited and used on the platform. Chargebacks are treated as potential fraud and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting or seeking to exploit pricing errors, technical glitches, or software bugs for financial gain.
- Money Laundering: Using the gbiji platform as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. gbiji complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
- Unlawful Purpose: Using the gbiji platform for any purpose that is illegal under the laws applicable to you or to gbiji.
gbiji monitors platform activity on an ongoing basis and employs both automated and manual methods to detect prohibited conduct. Players found to be in breach of this section may have their accounts suspended immediately, their balances frozen pending investigation, and may be barred from future registration on the gbiji platform.
8. Account Closure and Suspension
Closure by the Player
You may close your gbiji account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] or via live chat. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal settlement procedures. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated withdrawal method following successful KYC verification. Suspension or Closure by gbiji
gbiji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at our discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- Detection of a duplicate account associated with the same individual.

Where an account is suspended or closed by gbiji for reasons not attributable to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Where closure is a result of a player's material breach of these Terms, gbiji reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of any investigation or legal process.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion of six months or longer by contacting the gbiji support team.
